The present general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Euroklee, S.L. with CIF number B59396374 onwards seller bound to physical persons.

Prices

The prices published on mercadosanitario.com are in Euros and are valid unless typographical error. All prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the rate of VAT will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in Mercadosanitario.com.

Bids on products for sale in Mercadosanitario.com will be displayed in the section "Offers" or will be indicated on the product sheet and unless indicated otherwise, shall be valid and be displayed on the screen.

Shipments

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and the address indicated in the request.

However his delay shall not imply or cancellation of the order nor any compensation.

Returns and cancellations policy


· Return of goods:

It is our policy, complying with the rules, granting the right to return any item purchased at mercadosanitario.com within 7 days from the date of receipt.

You don't have to provide any explanation, any article, bought in mercadosanitario.com, returned in their original, sealed packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted without further.

Within a maximum of 8/10 days of receipt of the return, Euroklee, S.L. is committed to your refund.

Before making the return, you will have to call to the Department of attention to customer.

If the cause of the return the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the request in order, Euroklee, S.L. shall bear the costs of the return and re-delivery. If the reason for the refund request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not shipping costs or the costs of return.


· Cancellation of order:

If the cancellation of the order before the departure of goods client will have no cost. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as the costs of return of this same order.
